There are different methods to reduce stress. Some people do sports or jog through nature. Others listen to music or knit. Cooking and baking can also be very relaxing.
For me, stress reduction is best achieved while painting meditative pictures. Whereas there are clear guidelines for illustrations, here I simply start to play with colours and shapes and actually never know at the beginning what will emerge on the paper at the end. When I have a lot of time, I use traditional painting tools like brush, watercolors and paper. But beautiful colour moods can also be created on the iPad.
